We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels comfortable and well taken care of. The housekeeping team does an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy, and the room amenities, including the heating and tea and coffee facilities, add extra comfort to our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located on the outskirts of town, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The terrace offers a stunning view of the surrounding area, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment.

The hotel had a wonderful spa area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The meals were delicious, and we really appreciated the gluten-free options provided. Additionally, the shuttle service to downtown made it easy to explore the area.

There wasn't much to do at the hotel besides going to the gym and spa area. We also found that the lunch options were limited and not clearly indicated. The pool was colder than expected, and some of the staff members seemed a bit unfriendly. while we enjoyed our stay, there were some areas for improvement.

Great Scenery and lovely spa facilities were the best aspects of the stay. the comfortable beds helped us to have a pleasant restful sleep. The hotel is located in a secluded area which made it a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle. the free shuttle to the town center was a fantastic added bonus which made it easy for us to explore and connect with locals.

Worst aspects Of the stay were the poor Wi-Fi Connections and some of the staff's unfriendly behavior. We felt ignored and not part of the family hospitality which was promised.
